We happily accept unworn merchandise within 7 days of the ship date for store credit. (DOMESTIC ORDERS ONLY)

            • We do not accept exchanges.
            • Merchandise must be returned for Store Credit within 7 days of receipt.
            • Merchandise must be unworn and damage-free.
            • Merchandise must be accompanied by all elements of the original packaging. 
            • Any merchandise marked "SALE" is FINAL sale and cannot be returned.
            • We do not provide refunds.

Returns & Processing

 

            • Store Credit will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
            • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
            • The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including returns for store credit. 
            • NURAZZI is NOT responsible for lost packages with a 'Delivered' status. If you have not received your package, but is marked as such, you must contact your local post office or visit www.usps.com.

 

Store Credit

 

            • Store Credit can only be used at our online store, www.nurazzi.com
            • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person.
            • Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned.
            • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
            • Store Credit never expires.
            • Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
