We happily accept unworn merchandise within 7 days of the ship date for store credit. (DOMESTIC ORDERS ONLY)
- We do not accept exchanges.
- Merchandise must be returned for Store Credit within 7 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unworn and damage-free.
- Merchandise must be accompanied by all elements of the original packaging.
- Any merchandise marked "SALE" is FINAL sale and cannot be returned.
- We do not provide refunds.
Returns & Processing
- Store Credit will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including returns for store credit.
- NURAZZI is NOT responsible for lost packages with a 'Delivered' status. If you have not received your package, but is marked as such, you must contact your local post office or visit www.usps.com.
- Store Credit can only be used at our online store, www.nurazzi.com
- Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person.
- Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned.
- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
- Store Credit never expires.
- Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
