Q. WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

  • We accept PayPal, as well as the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card,and American Express.

Q. CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

  • Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. 

Q. HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

  • All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Q. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

  • Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. 

Q. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    • YES! NURAZZI ships internationally via USPS Flat-Rate service (5-10 business days at the following rates:
      • Canada: $25
      • United Kingdom and all other territories: $35

 

Q. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

        • You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. If you do not receive an email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and add info.nurazzi@gmail.com to your safe sender list and/or email us the name and email address used to place your order.

Q. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

            • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery date. Return limitations apply; please see details HERE.
